We can offer a full refund on sales that have been made less than 24 hours and have not yet been processed, otherwise, sales are final. You will get your money back via route of original payment.

If a product is damaged due to manufacturer defect, we can offer an exchange once evidence of the product is provided. Once product has been shipped back to us, we will ship the exchanged item. (We are not responsible for any shipping fees when being returned)
If incorrect address is provided at check out and the order is returned back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it out again.
